Finally, the wait is over. Students can now check the ICSI CS answer Key 2016. ICSI stands for “the Institute of Company Secretaries of India”. It is constituted under the company secretaries Act 1980 (Act number 56 of 1980), which is an act of parliament. In order to develop and regulate the profession of company secretaries in India, ICSI has been established. It is the only recognized body in this country. Once the candidate qualifies for the membership of these institutes, the Institute of Company Secretaries in India awards the certificate, bestowing the designation of the company secretary (CS). ICSI CS Foundation Answer Key 2016
On 26th and 27th December 2015, the Institute of Company Secretaries of India successfully conducted the online CS examination in which paper 1 and paper 2 were conducted on 26th of December whereas paper 3 and paper 4 were conducted on 27th of December. All the ICSI CS answer key 2016 of the four papers has been released by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and. The date of the results for the foundation will also be declared soon.

Institute of Company Secretaries of India has provided ICSI CS Answer sheet 2016 Solution key for all the papers starting from paper 1 to paper 4 . Candidates can get their CS Foundation December solution key from the official website of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Since the examination was conducted shift wise, the candidates can also check their solution key shift wise in the website. Once the candidates are selected, they have to register themselves for the Executive Round of the examination which will be held on June 2016
How to check CS foundation result
Following are the steps by which students can check their result .
- Students have to first surf to the official portal
- For the official pages, candidates can visit at the www.icsi.edu
- After coming to the home select “Examination” Section
- After selecting the examination section CS examination page will open.
- Once CS examination page will be displayed, candidates can select Result of Foundation Programs Examination ,December 2015
- After that new page for the CS, foundation program will be displayed
- After that candidates are required to enter their roll numbers
- After the roll number, candidates have to enter the name and their D.O.B
- Results will be displayed. Check your result
Selection process
Students those who aspire to clear the ICSI CS foundation examinations have to score 40% marks in each of the papers and an overall aggregate of 50% . Candidates who will satisfy both the conditions will be eligible for the next round of the examination which is the CS executive round.
