IIT JAM 2016 Counselling:
The result of IIT JAM 2016 is scheduled to be published on 23rd march 2016 and it will be followed by JAM 2016 Counselling, which is scheduled to start from 15th April 2016. The joint admission test for M.Sc. have been conducted on 7th February 2016 by IITs of the country.The candidates who have appeared the test are eagerly waiting for the JAM 2016 Counselling Procedure and JAM 2016 Counselling Dates, to bring a new turn in their life.
IITs have been conducting this single performance-based test since 2004-05 Academic Year with the objective to offer admission to the aspirants in various programs of M.Sc., dual degrees and post-graduation courses. JAM is an admission test for post graduate programs and master degrees in science at IITs (Indian institutes of technology), ISCs (Indian Institute of science) etc.

JAM 2016 Counselling Process:
After the date of announcement of results (23rd march 2016), only a passed candidate can apply online for admission to IISc and IITs through JAPS (Jam application portal), which will be preceded by the submission process of filled JAM 2016 admission form.
It should be noted that OBC-NCL candidates need to upload a proper valid OBC-NCL certificate along with the admission form by 27th april 2016. After filling the educational qualification, percentage of marks, PWD status, category etc. they need to choose the preference for the programs, which they want to pursue.
JAM 2016 Counselling Fee:
After completing the form fill up, candidates need to make payment of nonrefundable amount of rupees 600 as JAM 2016 Counselling Fee via E challan through State bank of India and the cash of the same need to be deposited in SBI by 27th April 2016. After the completion of above process candidates need to upload the Stamped Copy of SBI E-Challan of JAM 2016.
M.Sc Admission list 2016:
Admission procedure of JAM 2016 includes three rounds. Publication of admission list in 1st round only considers the merit of the candidates, options entered and seat availability. The same will be published on 3rd June 2016. Shortlisted candidates need to make payment of an advance admission fee through SBI E-Challan within the dead line. Fee structure will be Rs. 10000/- for General/OBC-NCL category candidates and Rs. 5000/- for SC/ST/PwD candidates. If a qualified candidate fails to accept his/her offer then he/she will be considered out from the admission process.
Second admission list will be published on 20th june 2016 which will also follow the process of Round 1 and the same will be prepared by IIT madras. To fill the vacant seats after 2nd procedure, the final list will be published on 4th july 2016.
