Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) is conducted annually for admission to all the IIT’s, NIIT’s and other Engineering College. Now as the November has started JEE is preparing for its annual exam i.e., IIT JEE Main 2016. JEE Main 2016 Exam Notification:

IIT JEE 2016 Notification will be released in the first week of November 2015. After which all the aspiring candidates will have one months time to register for the examination and fill the IIT JEE Main 2016 Registration form. Once the Registration process is over, candidates will get there IIT JEE Main 2016 Admit Cards on the official portal. The exam notification will also contain the Date of Examination, Centres Available for the exam and other details.

JEE Main 2016 Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates must have passed 12th Class in PCM with minimum 50% in Core subjects.
Candidates appearing in Class 12th or an Equivalent examination can also appear for the examination, but they have to submit the passing certificate at the time of Counselling.
The candidate must be born on or after 1st October 1991. All the candidates born before this date are not eligible to appear for the examination.
Improvement Examination will only be considered if candidates appear in all the 5 subjects.

JEE Main 2016 Application Fee:

IIT JEE Main Application Form 2016 fee is supposed to be the same as it was last year. Till now there has been no update regarding the raise in the application fees.

There are 2 methods to pay the IIT JEE Main 2016 Application Form Fee: Online, Offline. The online method includes payment through Credit Card or Debit Card. In Offline method payment can be made through e-challan that will be generated once the application has been submitted successfully. No changes can be made once the payment has been made.

JEE Main 2015 Exam Pattern:

IIT JEE Examination is known to everyone. But for all those candidates they must know it by heart. So that you can plan according to the Exam Pattern, timing is an important factor in clearing the examination.

IIT JEE Main have 2 Papers for which the candidate may appear. He can choose to appear in both the papers (Paper I and Paper II).

Paper-I: MCQ type question based on There will be 2 papers in JEE Main. The applicants can apply for both the papers. The questions in Paper I will be MCQ type and based on Physics/Chemistry/Mathematics.
Paper II will be divided into 3 sections: Section I contain MCQ type questions based on Mathematics, section II contains MCQ type questions based on aptitude skills and section II contains drawing test.

The time allotted to both Paper is 3 hours each. Paper-I will have 90 questions which will carry 4 marks for every correct answer and 1 marks will be deducted for each wrong answers. As per the examination procedure, Paper I will be held both through online and offline (pen and paper base). Paper-II will be held through offline mode only.

Take the printout of the application.
