KVS PGT TGT PRT Admit Card 2016 Released

Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) has released the Admit Card 2016 for Post Graduate Teacher (PGT), Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT), and Primary Teachers (PRT) examination on 20th December. The candidates can download the KVS Admit Card 2016 from the official website www.kvsangathan.nic.in

KVS PGT TGT PRT Exam Date (Schedule):

The registration for the exam commenced in the month of September. KVS Admit Card 2016 is available on the website for the candidates to download.

KVS Admit Card 2016- TGT, PGT, PRT Exams:


KVS PGT Admit Card 2016:

The total number of vacancies for PGTs is 690 seats. The vacancies are for English, Hindi, Physics, Biology, Chemistry, Economics, Commerce, Mathematics, History, Geography and Computer Science. The paper of is the first paper on 7th December 2017.

KVS PRT Admit Card 2016:

The total number of vacancies for PRT is 4348 seats and for PRT (Music) is 151 seats. The exam for PRT will be conducted on 7th December 2017 as Paper II.

KVS TGT Admit Card 2016:

The total number of vacancies for TGTs is 926 seats. The vacancies are for English, Hindi, Social Studies, Science, Sanskrit, Mathematics, Physical & Health Education, Art Education and Work Experience. The exam for TGT will be on 8th December 2017 as Paper I for TGT and as Paper II for TGT (Misc).

KVS Exam Hall Ticket 2016:

Candidates will be allowed to appear for the exam if they have a valid Admit Card. The Admit Card can be downloaded by following the steps:

  • Visit the official website www.kvsangathan.nic.in
  • Click on Download Admit Card for the post of PGT/TGT/PRT
  • Enter required details – Applicant Id and Date of Birth
  • Submit and take the print of the admit card displayed on the screen

It is mandatory for the candidates to carry their KVS Admit Card 2016 along with an identity proof. The issue of Admit Card doesn’t mean that the candidate has been selected.

Candidates are instructed not to carry  Pagers, Mobile Phones, Bluetooth, Tablets or any other communication devices inside the premises where the examination is being conducted. A disciplinary action including ban from future examinations will be charged to the candidate for the infringement of the instruction.

The Admit Card holds the information about the candidate and the details of the examination center. The time of the exam and the time at which the candidate needs to report are mentioned in the hall ticket.
