The examination paper will be based on the objective type questions which are divided into 5 sections each. There are totally 160 questions in the paper and for 300 marks and there will be a negative marking of 1/4th mark for any incorrect answer you do in the exam. The time duration will be given for the exam is only 2 hours.

There are different cut off marks for general and OBC candidates and also different for SC and ST and OH or VI.
The exam is conducted in many places in India and the students are informed with a hall ticket about the venue of the exam and the place of exam sent through post. Now the students are advised to download the hall ticket from the LIC website and take the copy to the exam center if you didn’t receive any post. The exam time will be mentioned in the hall ticket. After the completion of the exam the students will be informed about the date of release of answer key. Once the key is released the students that are selected after the cut off are informed to attend an interview. This interviews message will be sent through an email or a text message to the mobile numbers provided by the students during the applying to the post.
Or it is mentioned to the students by a mail. The interview place will be included in the message or the mail sent to the students. When attending to the interview you need to carry all the certificates that show you are eligible for the post and the hall ticket and other identity certificates along with you. During the verification you need to be submitting the certificates. The candidates are selected on the basis of the interview and the qualification of the exam.
