As per Medical Council of India’s records there are 426 medical colleges in India for MBBS course and Total Number of Seats offered are 53380.
This year some of the colleges like AIIMS are not participating in the NEET and they will be dependent only on their own entrance tests. Candidates will be required to clear the minimum cut off to get admission into the NEET 2016 Top Medical Colleges.
