If we are talking about world?s top 100 universities then we cannot miss the name of Durham University. Yes This University is among the world?s top 100 universities. This University was established in 1832 by the Act of Parliament. It is a collegiate research university situated in Durham, North East England. This is the third oldest university of England and it was the first university who start teaching in England for more than 600 years. The motto of the university is ?Her Foundations Are upon the Holy Hills?.  Durham University is also a member of Russel society.


Campus

This University has various Campuses, and each campus is situated in amazing places. The University takes over approx 227.8 hectare; there are approx 78,000 visitors who come to visit the famous botanic garden of this university, which is spread in 7.3 hectare.

Durham city is the major place of Durham University and there are approx 14 to 16 colleges, which produce many alumni each year to the world.

 Queen?s Campus was set up in 1992 and it is situated in an amazing place, 30 miles away from Durham city. There are around 2,000 students who are living in the campus. In this campus you can study many courses like: - Business, Finance, Medical, Pharmacy, Accounting etc.
