San Francisco State University is also known as SF State and SFSU it is situated in San Francisco, California, United States. This university is a public Comprehensive University. It was founded in 1899 with the motto in Latin ?Experientia Docet? in English ?Experience Teachers?. San Francisco State University is recognized by the Western Association of Schools and colleges and a member of the California State University System. This campus contains retail shops, restaurants, a theatre complex and many more facilities.

According to Times Higher Education this university ranked overall 6.4, in teaching it is ranked 5.5 and the research is ranked 6.7 in the world universities. It is also ranked for its engineering program 226 in the United States and ranked 24 in California.

 

Campus

The san Francisco State University Campus takes over 141 acres of land in a beautiful spot of the san Francisco, this campus contains many building like city eats dining centre, Mary park hall, science and technology theme community, the tower at centennial, humanities building, university park north, residential halls and Facilities. There is a historical site also, which is known as downtown campus. It is famous for its eye popping glass ceiling atrium. The environment of the campus is very dynamic.
